一、 单级或两级单吸悬臂泵

如图2-13所示，这种结构泵用途最广。泵轴的一端在托架内用轴承支承，另一端悬出，装有叶轮，所以这种结构型式的泵常被称为悬臂泵。轴承可以用稀油润滑，也可以用油脂润滑。轴封常采用填料或机械密封等，扬程低的泵可用骨架式橡胶密封。轴向力平衡常采用平衡孔或背叶片。图2-13泵体为后开门的结构，装拆时可不必拆卸进出口管路，但也可为前开门的结构，换叶轮时比较方便，只要把泵盖拆下即可。为了增加泵的稳定性，底脚也可放到悬架上。单级扬程不能满足时，可制成两级泵，一般两个叶轮采用背靠背排列以平衡轴向力。对高温泵采用水平中心支承支架式的结构。渣浆泵厂家

One end of the pump shaft is supported by a bearing in the bracket, and the other end is hung out with an impeller, so this type of pump is often called a cantilever pump. Bearings can be lubricated with thin oil or grease. The shaft seal usually adopts packing or mechanical seal, and the pump with low lift can be sealed with framework rubber. Balance hole or back blade is often used for axial force balance. Fig. 2-13 the pump body is of the structure of rear opening door. It is not necessary to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipelines during installation and disassembly, but it can also be of the structure of front opening door. It is convenient to change the impeller, as long as the pump cover is removed. In order to increase the stability of the pump, the foot can also be placed on the suspension. When the single-stage lift cannot be satisfied, two-stage pumps can be made. Generally, two impellers are arranged back-to-back to balance the axial force.
