渣浆泵运行工作点的性能曲线知道

由第二章第的性能曲线知道,的扬程是随流量的变化而变化,每个流都有相对应的扬程、功率、效率及汽蚀余量。从零流量到最大流量为条连续曲线,如图4-1AB线所示。那么泵工作在哪一点上呢?它是由外界的负荷,即装置扬程来决定的。所以如果将泵的流量-扬程性能曲线与装置扬程特性曲线按相同比例尺寸画到同张图上,如图4-1所示,ABCE两曲线相交于D点,D点就是泵的运行工作点。因为在D点,水泵供给的能量与管路内液体流动时所消耗的能量得到平衡。如果假设在G点工作,泵所供给的能量大于管路内液体流动所消耗的能量,那么多余的能量将使管内的液体加速,使流量增加,泵的工作点就会向右移动,直到D点能量平衡为止。如果假设在F点工作,泵所供给能量小于管路内液体流动所消耗的能量,管内流动液体减速,使流量减少, 工作点向左移动,直到D点平衡为止。

根据运行工作点D点对应的效率η曲线,如果是效率最高点或是在高效区,那么泵运行最为经济,最为节能,如果D点偏离效率最高点较大时,就不经济。渣浆泵厂家

Know the performance curve of the pump at the operation point of the slurry pump

It is known from the performance curve in Section 8 of Chapter 2 that the head of the pump changes with the flow, and each flow has its corresponding head, power, efficiency and NPSH. There are continuous curves from zero flow to maximum flow, as shown in line 4-1ab. So where does the pump work? It is determined by the external load, that is, the head of the device. Therefore, if the flow head performance curve of the pump and the head characteristic curve of the device are drawn on the same drawing in the same scale, as shown in Figure 4-1, the AB and CE curves intersect at point D, point D is the operating point of the pump. Because at point D, the energy supplied by the pump is balanced with the energy consumed when the liquid in the pipeline flows. If it is assumed that the energy supplied by the pump is greater than the energy consumed by the liquid flow in the pipeline when working at point G, the excess energy will accelerate the liquid in the pipeline, increase the flow rate, and the working point of the pump will move to the right until the energy balance at point D. If it is assumed to work at point F, the energy supplied by the pump is less than the energy consumed by the liquid flow in the pipeline. The liquid flow in the pipeline slows down to reduce the flow, and the working point moves to the left until point D is balanced.

According to the efficiency η curve corresponding to point D of operation point, if it is the highest efficiency point or in the high efficiency area, the pump operation is the most economical and energy-saving, if point d deviates from the highest efficiency point, it is not economical.
