当改变叶片安放角时,泵的性能将随之改变,所以将叶片制作成可转动可改变叶片安装角就可改变泵的性能,从而达到调节的目的。这种方法只能用于轴流泵和混流泵中,尤其是轴流泵中用的较多。改变叶片安放角的方法,常有两种情况,一是固定的调节, 二是运行中可随时调节。固定调节是根据需要的性能确定其叶片安装角,用螺钉拧紧固定,另一种是通过机械方法或液压方法,泵在运行中,随时都可以转动叶片改变叶片安放角进行调节,但其结构复杂,所以常只用于大型泵中。

When adjusting, remove one or two impellers and corresponding guide vanes, and replace the position of the removed impeller with a shaft sleeve of the same length. When this method is used for adjustment, the flow will not change, only the head will be changed, and the first stage head will be reduced if one impeller is reduced.
