渣浆泵比转速在泵的分类

渣浆泵比转速在泵的分类、相似设计和产品系列化方面具有重要用途。

(1)用比转速对泵进行分类。离心泵的比转速大小与输送液体的性质无关,而与叶轮形状及泵的特性曲线有密切关系,可以根据比转速的大小,将泵分成低比转速、中比转速和高比转速的离心泵,以及比转速更高的混流泵和轴流泵,见表1-7。同时,表1-7还表示了比转速与叶轮形状及特性曲线形状的关系。可以看出,低比转速泵主要指高扬程、小流量,高比转速则代表低扬程、大流量;低比转速泵叶轮外形窄而长.高比转速泵叶轮宽而短;低比转速泵特性曲线,零流量时轴功率小,应关闭出口阀门启动反之高比转速泵零流量时轴功率大,应在出口阀门打开时启动;低比转速泵高效区比较宽高比转速泵商效率区比较窄;低比转速泵由于叶轮狭窄,叶轮中流动损失较大,效率较低,反之高比转速深效宰相对比较高。
