单壳渣浆泵与双壳渣浆泵的优缺点:

1)泵无轴封,故可用于要求介质绝对不外漏的场合,如核电方面也特别适用。

2)泵适用温度达375°C,适用压力达22MPa,使用该种系,不仅可以提高机组热效率,还可以缩短起动时间。

3) 在火力发电机组中,该系安装在锅炉锅筒下集箱与水冷壁下连箱之间的下降管上,且垂直焊在循环管路上,不设任何支架,泵结构简单,安装方便。

4) 电动机定子和转子间无屏蔽套,加之泵无泄漏,所以泵效率高,检修方便。由于导叶存在,该泵无径向力,加之结构简单,叶轮通过热屏和中间板安装在电动机轴伸出端,又具有最小的悬臂,故运行平稳可靠。
锅炉强制循环泵的结构特点有:
1)泵与电动机是直联式,  无轴封,两者形成一个安全独立的封闭单元。
2)泵体为球形或半球形,锻或铸均可,  可承受剧烈的温度和压力变化。

3) 热屏+高压冷却水能有效阻止泵向电动机传递热量。

4) 推力盘可承受两个方面的轴向力和转子部件质量。
5)导轴承以水润滑,新研制的特殊材料衬里寿命长,工作可靠。

3) In the thermal power generation unit, the pump is installed on the downcomer between the lower header of the boiler drum and the lower connecting box of the water-cooled wall, and is vertically welded on the circulating pipeline without any support. The pump is simple in structure and easy to install.

4) There is no shielding sleeve between the stator and rotor of the motor, and the pump has no leakage, so the pump has high efficiency and convenient maintenance. Due to the existence of guide vanes, the pump has no radial force, and the structure is simple. The impeller is installed at the protruding end of the motor shaft through the heat shield and the intermediate plate, and has the smallest cantilever, so the operation is stable and reliable.

The structural features of the forced circulation pump of the boiler include:

1) The pump and motor are directly connected without shaft seal, and they form a safe and independent closed unit.

2) The pump body is spherical or hemispherical, which can be forged or cast, and can withstand drastic temperature and pressure changes.

3) Heat shield + high-pressure cooling water can effectively prevent the pump from transferring heat to the motor.

4) The thrust disc can withstand two aspects of axial force and rotor component mass.

5) The guide bearing is lubricated by water, and the newly developed special material lining has long service life and reliable operation.
